WHAT ARE THE AVAILABILITIES?
It is difficult to answer this question: bookings are treated by order of arrival on the campsite which means that some rentals are available when you contact us for the first time, but may no longer be available when we receive your booking.
If this should be the case, our booking service would contact you to try and find another solution.
HOW CAN I BOOK?
There are three ways to book:
– Online, by clicking on **Availabilities, Prices & Online bookings** at the bottom of the page.

– By mail: You can print the booking request that can be found on the website under «BOOKINGS», fill it out and send it back to us by mail only, with the down payment of 35 %.
Booking requests are treated by order of arrival on the campsite, and only if the request is complete.
WE DO NOT ALLOCATE ANY PRE-BOOKINGS.

CAN I BOOK LESS THAN A WEEK DURING THE LOW SEASON?
Of course: for rental accommodations: during the low season, depending on the availabilities, bookings can be done for a minimum of two nights.
You can choose the day of arrival and the day of departure.
Weekend ascenssion : 4 nights minimum
Weekends Pentecost : 3 nights minimum
HOW DO I CALCULATE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MY STAY?
You need to add up: The price of the rental (or the camping pitch). Prices are indicated per night.
Take off 20%, if your booking concerns a stay of 14 nights or longer, during the low season.
Possible supplements (ex: dog, 2nd vehicle…).
Booking fees: 30.50 Euros (offered for all payments in full).
Tourist tax: 0.60 Euros/ night / person from 18 years (*).
OPTIONAL: cancellation insurance: 16 Euros per booking.

WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Credit cards (except for American Express), French bank cheques, chèques-vacances, cash, money orders.
The French «Bons Vacances» of the CAF are not accepted for payment.
WE ARE NOT ACCREDITED VACAF. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES FROM THE CAF.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK TWO STRUCTURES OR LOCATIONS SIDE BY SIDE?
You can only book one structure or pitch per booking voucher. If you wish to reserve several, you will need to print several reservation contracts that you can send to us by mail or make several internet reservations and do not forget to mention in the comments section that you want the rented structures to be close to each other. others.
DOES MY BABY COUNT INTO THE CAPACITY OF THE STRUCTURE I RENTED?
We accept only one baby under three years old in addition to the capacity of the rented structure. If your child is over three years old, he will count as a full person, the capacity of the structure can in no case be exceeded. Please note: the identity documents of each participant will be requested upon arrival.
WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Bank cards (except American Express), checks, holiday vouchers, cash, postal orders. CAF “Bons Vacances” are not accepted as a means of payment.
WE ARE NOT VACAF APPROVED.
CAN WE MODIFY A RESERVATION?
Under certain conditions, yes. Contact us by e-mail or by telephone on 04 66 51 49 81, our booking department will offer you personalized solutions.
WHAT DOES THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE COVER?
The cancellation guarantee offered to you is optional (€16 per booking). It guarantees the following reimbursements (for the following events: serious illness, hospitalization or death of the insured or any other person registered in the contract, dismissal, etc. All supporting documents must be sent by post or email)
1- If the cancellation takes place no later than 30 days before arrival: the amount of the sums paid will be refunded. Please note: the application fee (7.50€) and the amount of the insurance (16€) will be retained.
2- If the cancellation takes place no later than 15 days before arrival: the last payment (65% of the total amount of the stay) will be refunded to you. Please note that the administrative costs (7.50€) and the cancellation guarantee (16€) will be retained.
3- If the cancellation takes place less than 15 days before arrival: no refund will be made.
CAN I ARRIVE OUTSIDE RECEPTION OPENING HOURS?
Yes. When the reception closes, the caretaker (or security guard) will welcome you* and give you the keys to your rental in exchange for an identity document. All you have to do is go to the reception the next morning to complete the final formalities and collect your identity document.
*Until 10 p.m. maximum.
CAN WE LEAVE OUTSIDE RECEPTION OPENING HOURS?
Yes: in this case you will have to deposit the keys of your rental, after having cleaned it, and the EDEN bracelets in our mailbox when you leave. The reception must be kept informed the day before your departure.
IS THERE AN INVENTORY OR STATUS?
An inventory will be available in your accommodation. It is necessary to mention any anomalies to us within 24 hours of your arrival.
On departure, no inventory will be made in the presence of the holidaymaker. In order to check the general condition of the rented structure, an audit will be carried out within 24 hours after your departure.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a deposit is required upon arrival. Deposits are only made by credit card at the time of check-in.
For camping caravanning pitches: €20
For mobile homes or cottages: €300
DO YOU OFFER STAYS IN BOARD OR HALF BOARD?
Yes, in collaboration with the bar-restaurant. Do not hesitate to send your request by e-mail or by post to the following address: BAR RESTAURANT – HPA L’EDEN Route de l’Espiguette 30240 LE GRAU DU ROI.
Meal vouchers accepted.
DO YOU OFFER RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS?
For any reservation request for a GROUP, we advise you to send us a letter or an e-mail specifying:
- The dates of the stay.
- The number of people (adults, children, (ages), driver…)
- The number of cars or buses.
- The way you want to be accommodated: use of the bedrooms only or use of all the beds (including the extra bed in the living room).
- The purpose of your group’s trip: sports meeting, integration weekend, etc.
- If you would like a half-board or full-board quote, please let us know so that the Restaurant managers can provide you with a quote.
ARE DOGS ACCEPTED?
They are STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN MOBILE HOMES. However, they are accepted on the camping pitches and in the cottages.
They must be vaccinated against rabies (proof to be attached to your reservation). Dogs categories 1 and 2 of the prefectural classification will be refused. We will only accept one dog per booking, regardless of size. Any request that does not meet these conditions will be refused. Any false statement will be penalized.
AND THE OTHER ANIMALS?
They are absolutely all prohibited.
ARE THERE REFRIGERATORS IN THE RENTALS?
155L fridge/freezer in Provençal and Provençal Plus mobile homes.
Fridge / freezer in the 30 m² cottages, 35 m² cottages, Mobile home Bikini, Andaro, Mistral, Elegance, Grand Standing, Prestige and Prestige plus as well as in the Villa.
IS THE KITCHEN EQUIPPED?
Yes, a gas cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electric coffee maker, crockery. Additional equipment is provided according to the categories (see descriptions).
ARE COVERS INCLUDED?
All our rentals have pillows and blankets are also provided (1 kit per bed).
ARE SHEETS PROVIDED?
CAN WE HIRE BABY Cots / High chairs?
Yes the travel cot or high chair at the rate of 3€ per night or 21€ per week (7 nights minimum July August).
ARE THERE TELEVISIONS IN THE RENTALS?
No, and if you want to bring your own, you will have to think about bringing an indoor antenna. Please note, as the campsite is well treed, reception of the channels is sometimes tricky.
CAN WE PARK 2 VEHICLES?
Only the Prestige, Prestige Plus and villa plots have 2 free parking spaces. For the other categories of rental and camping-caravanning pitch, the 2nd car is subject to:
- A prior request to management. Indeed, depending on the layout of the plot (mobile home, terrace, vegetation) there is sometimes only one parking space.
- Mandatory parking on the plot
- With supplement 4.5 € per night.
NB: if the plot does not allow the parking of 2 cars, the second car must park outside the campsite and its access roads.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SIZE ACCEPTED FOR CARAVANS AND MOTORHOMES?
6.5 meters maximum. Double axle caravans are not accepted on the campsite.
ARE WATER AND ELECTRICITY INCLUDED?
NB: you will need to remember to bring a European plug as well as an extension cord (about 15-20 m) large enough to connect to the electrical terminal which is collective.
IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF DRAINING WASTE WATER ON THE PITCH?
The individual sewer will eventually allow you to empty the dishwater, but not the waste water. Two solutions: if you have a removable tank for chemical toilets, you can empty it in the sanitary facilities, otherwise the city of Grau du Roi offers several spaces for emptying: Left bank, near the arenas: Right bank, near Aquarama, for large motorhomes.
DO YOU OFFER LONG TERM STAYS?
You can book a long-term stay on a camping-caravan site. However, we do not offer any particular package, apart from certain current promotional offers (for example: -20% reduction from 14 days reserved in low season).
Do not hesitate to inquire about the purchase of mobile homes: accessible 6 months a year as you wish from the beginning of April to the end of September. We do not offer a dead garage for caravans or motorhomes.
HOW IS THE AQUATIC AREA / BALNEO?
The open-air swimming pool consists of 2 pools: one of 400 m² (depth 0.80 m to 2 m) divided into 2 parts by a walkway and decorated with a whirlpool and two water slides.
Another of 200m² (depth 0.35 m) for children, equipped with a Pentaglisse with 2 tracks and water games.
Sunbeds are available around the pools but also in the solarium. A water jet area with a flipping bucket is ideal for children.
Balneo wellness area: reserved for adults only: 150 m² of rest and relaxation (massage pebbles, massage hydrojets, counter-current walk, misters, relaxing bench), sauna, hammam.
WHAT ARE THE DATES / OPENING TIMES OF THE AQUATIC / BALNEO AREA?
The aquatic area is open from the second weekend of April to the third weekend of September. The spa area is open from the third weekend in April to the second weekend in September. No child is authorized to go alone and to remain alone without his legal representative at the level of the basins. In July and August the pools are supervised.
WHAT IS THE AUTHORIZED ATTIRE?
Only people in bathing suits will be authorized to access the aquatic area.
For hygiene measures, swimming shorts, burkinis, swimsuits with skirts, pareos or any other clothing are strictly prohibited within the enclosure of the aquatic area, as well as strollers. Only swimsuits are allowed (see internal regulations)!
All people going to the aquatic area must go through the footbath, and must imperatively take a shower before each swim. Wearing the L’EDEN bracelet is compulsory to access the aquatic and balneotherapy area. Users must comply with the rules of procedure displayed at the entrance to the swimming pool and at the reception.
HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
The nearest beach is about 800 m away (north beach of Grau du Roi). You can get there on foot in about 10 minutes by following the path that leaves the campsite.
If you prefer the wild beach of Espiguette, you will have to take your car for about 4 km. Please note that on-site parking is chargeable. For information: 2018 price day pass €6 cars and €15 motorhome. We do not offer a reduction ticket for the Espiguette beach car park. In July and August, a free shuttle is available with a regular departure in front of the campsite, on presentation of the EDEN bracelet. Please note: dogs not allowed on the beaches or on the free shuttle to Espiguette.
Dogs are allowed ONLY on the beach of La Grande Motte, Plage du Grand Travers, Access 60.
HOW FAR IS THE CITY CENTRE?
Port Camargue is about 600 m away (about 10 min on foot) and Le Grau du Roi about 1.5 km away (about 20 min). You can access the city center of Le Grau du Roi by taking advantage of the pedestrian or cycle path along the beach which is safe and very pleasant.
ARE THERE SHOPS?
At the campsite grocery store: you will find everyday consumer products, fruit and vegetables, breads and pastries, national and international press… At the bar / restaurant L’EDEN: dishes (meat, fish, fries, chicken, salads, etc. .) can be taken away or eaten on site. There are of course also supermarkets in Le Grau du Roi, the nearest being around 900m from the campsite.
HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT OFFERED FOR FREE?
An EDEN bracelet is given to you on your arrival. We invite you to wear it at all times, within the campsite, in order on the one hand to benefit from all the activities and infrastructures which are offered to you free of charge and on the other hand to allow you to enter the campsite. . We remind you that for your well-being and safety, agents are at your disposal.
WHAT ARE THE SPORTS EQUIPMENT AT THE CAMPSITE?
We have: an aquatic complex, a mini-golf course, a playground for children, a fitness area: weights room, fitness room, ping-pong tables, bodybuilding areas outdoors, a multi-sports ground (basketball, pétanque, beach volleyball, etc.).
WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE OFFERED?
In July and August (school holidays), we offer during the day: A mini club (6-12 years old) open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., which requires registration, with activity leaders, which offer manual activities, treasure hunts, tournaments, the organization of a show in which the children participate… A teen club (12-18 years old) which offers sports activities and the teen club is open from 9 p.m. 1am.
Sports or relaxation activities for adults: Aquagym, fitness, aperitif games, sports tournaments… These activities and entertainment are free. You will be offered a different themed evening every day: country, Gipsy, hypnosis, look-alikes, lotto, karaoke, games, disco, Brazilian… On the other hand, major sporting events can be broadcast on the big screen.
IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS AT THE CAMPSITE?
You can connect with your laptop, tablet or smartphone thanks to the WIFI system (paying wifi).
ARE THE PITCHES WELL SHADED?
Generally yes. But you must take into account that the trees are on the edge of the pitches, so the sunshine varies according to the exposure and the time of day.
DO YOU COMPLETE THE GOOD HOLIDAYS?
Of course, but we do not accept them as payment. If you pay for your stay at Eden: we complete your documents. If you pay for your stay to another organization (works council, tour operator, etc.): this organization will complete your documents and we will be able to issue you a residence certificate.
ATTENTION: we are not VACAF approved (we do not accept them as a means of payment).
IS THERE A LAUNDRY?
Yes, a wash will cost you €5 and you will also find a dryer for €3. Irons and ironing boards are available from reception.
CAMPSITE SECURITY AND SAFE
Our security team and/or caretaker monitors the campsite day and night. Our security service is present in July and August and occasionally in the off season. Our caretaker ensures a presence from the opening and closing of the campsite.
Safes are available (for hire) at reception. In the Elegance mobile homes, safes are available.
ARE BARBECUES ALLOWED?
Yes, but only electric barbecues are allowed on the campsite. Wood, charcoal or gas barbecues are strictly prohibited. If you do not have an electric barbecue, you can rent one directly from the campsite grocery store.
Our establishment was classified 5 stars by classification decision (Art D322.2 to D332.4 of the tourism code) of 06/27/2012 renewed on 06/01/2022 (Art D332.2 to D334.4 of the tourism code) tourism). We do not have a “youth and sport” accreditation.
